Introduction

In order to help users become more familiar with ECMPS and the functionality of the ECMPS Client Tool, EPA is providing stakeholders with a number of tutorials which will cover a variety of topics related to ECMPS and the Client Tool, in particular.

Latest Release Configuration Utility  9 minutes This tutorial covers the Configuration Utility, which allows you to perform various user management and data maintenance tasks, including configuring Client Tool settings, managing Client Tool users, designating local user rights, backing up and restoring databases, purging data, managing synchronization, and running database scripts that may be provided during the technical support process.

The tutorials are divided into the following categories:

Foundations: All of the essential information which you need to be able to get started using the Client Tool to submit your data to the EPA.   Monitoring Plan: Tutorials which explain how to work with your monitoring plan in the Client Tool.   Beyond the Basics: Tutorials which cover more advanced use of the Client Tool including working with QA, Emissions, and LME data.

How to Watch the Tutorials

All of the tutorials will include both video and audio. In addition, the tutorials include closed captioning which can be enabled using the "CC" button on the play bar. To watch a tutorial, simply click on the link. The tutorial will open up in a new browser window.
