Welcome to the Emissions Collection and Monitoring Plan System (ECMPS) Support Web site.

The production version of the Client Tool was released on April 1, 2008. This version is only available for stakeholders who are associated with sources who have opted to report official emissions data to the EPA using ECMPS.

Any stakeholder who would like to test ECMPS may register for the ECMPS Client Tool Preview (CTP) testing session which will continue until January 15, 2009. The deadline to register for testing is January 2, 2009.

The following shows the progress of the third quarter emissions submissions. The percentage complete represents the number of emissions XML files without critical errors which have been received by the EPA Host System.
