ECMPS Support

To install the 2010 Q2 version of the Client Tool:

1. Verify that your computer meets the minimum system requirements.
   
   
2. Verify that you have administrative rights on your computer.
   
   
3. Export data that you would like to keep from any previous versions of the Client Tool.
   
   
4. Uninstall any previous versions of the Client Tool.
   
   
5. Close all applications.
   
   
6. Determine if you have Microsoft .Net 3.5 Framework installed. If it is not installed, download the software from Microsoft:
   
   Download Microsoft .Net 3.5 Framework
   (Contact your IT support if you have questions about this step.)
   
   
7. Install the Client Tool software.
   
   Download the ECMPS Client Tool 2010 Q2 Release
   
   
8. Update Client Tool software to 2010 Q2 version.
