The ECMPS Help Desk Support for Beta testing uses a system that sends automatic emails for testers who request support through email. After a tester sends an email to ecmps-beta@pqa.com, the tester should receive an automatic email indicating that the request for support has been received. Then, within one business day, the tester should receive a response from one of our support staff regarding the request for support.
If you send an email to ecmps-beta@pqa.com requesting support but do not receive the automatic email or the follow-up email that is sent within one business day, please contact us by calling (434) 979-3700 to let us know. You might also want to modify your email software to insure that it will accept all emails from the address ecmps-beta@pqa.com.
